No. Dynamic Founder subscriptions are monthly with no lock-in period. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. We would always recommend a brief conversation before cancelling so we can make sure nothing is left open on your account.
Yes, and we actively encourage it. Your plan is designed for where you are right now. As your revenue grows and your needs evolve, upgrading is straightforward. Your existing account history and documentation carry over with no onboarding cost.
The Pro plan is priced between AED 1,250 and AED 1,500 per month depending on your company's size, the complexity of your accounting and reporting needs, and the scope of HR and payroll support required. Your exact monthly rate is agreed and confirmed during your onboarding call, with no surprises after that.
All plan prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 5% is applied to your monthly subscription in line with UAE regulations.
We monitor this with you. When your revenue approaches the upper limit of your current plan, your account manager or point of contact will recommend an upgrade before the threshold is exceeded, so your level of support always matches your business size.
Certain services outside your plan's scope can be added as one-off engagements. Examples include company formation, liquidation, and corporate tax deregistration. These are priced separately and quoted transparently before any work begins.
Foundation and Operator members have a consistent team managing their account. Pro members receive a named, dedicated account manager who owns your account entirely and is your single point of contact for everything.
